All 3 are natives of Cameroon<\/strong>, and all three are outstanding musicians whose roots and inspirations come from Gospel<\/strong>, African<\/strong> and Afro-Caribbean<\/strong> music, Jazz<\/strong> and Soul<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

It’s a blend of serene dynamism, shaped by years of experience as leaders and side-men in Africa and Europe.<\/p>\n

The 2024 repertoire, which will be the subject of an album partly recorded in the studio and partly live, is entitled Gospelizing Kingston.<\/p>\n

A heartfelt tribute to the pillars of Jamaican reggae, with original vocal and instrumental arrangements that are sure to surprise many a listener…<\/p>\n

Philippe Ekoka<\/strong><\/p>\n

A great jazz and gospel pianist, Philippe Ekoka is an elegant and gifted side-man and arranger. From Africa, his maestria has crossed European borders.<\/p>\n

He has worked with internationally renowned artists such as the Belgian-Congolese Baloji.<\/p>\n

Those who know Philippe as a pianist and keyboardist with his legendary cap and mute phlegm will be surprised to discover him as a vocalist, exceptionally as part of the PCube Trio project.<\/p>\n

Petis Likeng<\/strong><\/p>\n

The number of world-famous and lesser-known artists who have called on Petis Likeng as composer, arranger, producer, artistic director and musical director is impressive, with over 200 music albums produced.<\/p>\n

For nearly 30 years, he has been a key figure in Belgian, European, Afro-Caribbean and African music.<\/p>\n

Baloji, Za\u00efko-Langa-Langa, Sam MBende, Zap mama, Lara Fabian, the prestigious ESMUC school (Escola Superior de Musica de Catalunya), the University of Girona, Berklee Valencia Campus, Gospel, Rap, Soul, Afropop… all bear the stamp of his voice, his masterful arrangements and his teaching skills.<\/p>\n

He is a recognised workshop leader alongside some of the biggest names in Gospel music (Isaac Cates, Hezekiah Walker, Donald Lawrence, Dexter D. Walker, Hans Christian J., Ricky Dillard, etc.).<\/p>\n

An excellent bassist, guitarist and keyboardist, this talented multi-instrumentalist contributes to the PCube Trio as a composer and arranger.<\/p>\n

Tous 3 originaires du Cameroun, voici trois musiciens de haut vol, dont les racines et inspirations viennent du Gospel, des musiques africaines et afro-carib\u00e9ennes, du Jazz et de la Soul.
Un m\u00e9lange \u00e0 l\u2019explosivit\u00e9 sereine, patin\u00e9e par de longues ann\u00e9es d\u2019exp\u00e9rience, comme leaders ou comme side-men, en Afrique et en Europe.

Pi Djob<\/strong>, connu du grand public par sa participation hors du commun \u00e0 The Voice France Saison2, a un parcours de cr\u00e9ateur et d\u2019\u00e9claireur infatigable.
Sa chaleureuse voix rauque a une signature distincte, qui ne laisse personne indiff\u00e9rent, parlant directement aux \u00e2mes.
Ses instruments d\u2019accompagnement sont la guitare ou plus rarement le piano.
Que ce soit en compagnie de l\u2019organiste Rhoda Scott, du Golden Gate Quartet ou du feu Manu Dibango, de la flamenquiste Buika Conchita, du chanteur Tony Chasseur ou du compositeur l\u00e9gendaire Tala Andr\u00e9-Marie, Pi n\u2019a de cesse de confronter sa musique \u00e0 d\u2019autres horizons et univers.
Il participe aux arrangements et compositions au sein du PCube Trio.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Grand pianiste de Jazz et de Gospel devant l\u2019\u00c9ternel, Philippe Ekoka<\/strong> est un side-man et arrangeur \u00e9l\u00e9gant et surdou\u00e9. La maestria de son jeu a travers\u00e9 les fronti\u00e8res europ\u00e9ennes, apr\u00e8s avoir \u00e9clos en Afrique.
On le retrouve aupr\u00e8s d\u2019artistes de renomm\u00e9e internationale comme le belgo-congolais Baloji.
Ceux qui connaissent Philippe comme pianiste et clavi\u00e9riste \u00e0 la casquette et au flegme mutique l\u00e9gendaire, auront la surprise de le d\u00e9couvrir comme vocaliste, exceptionnellement au sein du projet PCube Trio.
