Ulrike Van Cotthem<\/strong> is an opera singer with an exceptional timbre. Her crystal clear voice is supported by a proven technique, a sensitivity and a musicality directly touching the hearts of her listeners.<\/p>\n

Her open-mindedness on the artistic level has allowed her to participate in various musical projects mixing styles and genres.<\/p>\n

In January 2023, the duo expanded and became a quartet with the addition of two other partners, a pair of dancers who also wanted to bring their worlds together:<\/p>\n

Gaby Boudes<\/strong> (ABHY STOWN), young Romanian woman, has a background in contemporary and classical aesthetics.<\/p>\n

Yohann Martigue<\/strong> (DONKEYZZ DANCERZZ) from Guadeloupe has explored hip-hop, traditional and contemporary dance.<\/p>\n

By joining Ulrike Van Cotthem<\/strong> and Emmanuel Pi Djob<\/strong> to accompany them with their steps and gestures, they build further bridges between cultures and people in the show Soul meets Opera<\/strong><\/em>.<\/p>\n

Emmanuel Pi Djob & Ulrike Van Cotthem<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Plus qu\u2019un spectacle c\u2019est La Rencontre de deux artistes Ulrike VAN COTTHEM et Emmanuel Pi DJOB.
Dans un monde o\u00f9 tout les oppose, c\u2019est au travers de la Musique, que leurs deux univers se croisent et s\u2019unissent, le temps d\u2019un instant musical.
Airs d\u2019Op\u00e9ra ou de musique classique, Classiques du Jazz, de la Soul ou du Gospel, compositions originales, les chanteurs nous surprennent sans perdre le fil du propos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Ulrike Van Cotthem<\/strong> est une chanteuse lyrique au timbre exceptionnel. Sa voix de cristal est port\u00e9e par une technique \u00e9prouv\u00e9e, une sensibilit\u00e9 et une musicalit\u00e9 qui touchent directement le c\u0153ur des auditeurs.
Son ouverture d\u2019esprit sur le plan artistique lui a permis de participer \u00e0 diff\u00e9rents projets musicaux m\u00e9langeant styles ou genres.
Dans ce duo elle joue \u00e9galement du piano. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Au mois de janvier 2023, le duo s\u2019\u00e9toffe et se transforme en quatuor dans une version enrichie de deux autres rencontres, un couple de danseurs qui ont voulu, eux aussi, rapprocher leurs univers :

Le guadeloup\u00e9en Yohann Martigue (DONKEYZZ DANCERZZ) a explor\u00e9 le Hip-Hop, les danses traditionnelles et danses contemporaines.
En rejoignant Ulrike Van Cotthem et Emmanuel Pi Djob pour les accompagner de leurs pas et gestes, ils inscrivent dans le spectacle Soul meets Opera d\u2019autres passerelles entre les cultures et les \u00eatres.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
