When it starts, The 100 Voices of Gospel literally takes your breath away. It’s hard to imagine so much energy, joy and passion on one stage! This choir of 100 people brings together the best gospel talents from all over the world: from England to Indonesia, from Spain to India. Singers, musicians and dancers from more than 25 countries representing all cultures and religions come together in a great celebration of song and expression. The power of gospel transcends all boundaries and celebrates life through its catchy, energetic songs. With The 100 Voices of Gospel, this vibrant and danceable musical genre has been reaching new heights for 20 consecutive years!
Led by spiritual father Jean-Baptiste Guyon, The 100 Voices of Gospel first performed in 1998 at a concert in Paris to celebrate the 150th anniversary of the abolition of slavery in France. The members of the choir immediately felt like a family and decided to conquer the world together. And it was a success: since that time, several tens of millions of people around the world have been able to attend a concert by The 100 Voices of Gospel, whether live or on prominent television programs such as Britain’s Got Talent or a special program with Celine Dion in France.
Wherever this breathtaking gospel show was presented, it was enthusiastically received by the public, concluded with standing ovations and followed by a flood of rave reviews in the press. Bringing together the 100 best gospel voices in a single choir was a considerable challenge, but the result could not have been more extraordinary. You don’t just listen to The 100 Voices of Gospel, you experience it deep in your heart and soul.

In 1998, when Gospel for 100 Voices was created, the American members of the group decided to form the first professional gospel group in Europe. Led by the striking Linda Lee Hopkins, American Gospel Jr. travels the world to introduce people to the only music that combines form and substance, message and music.
